Licensed in both California & Florida I have been a real estate professional since 2001; having closed over 1000 transactions. I focus my efforts to work with individuals in the marketing and sale of their properties whether they be a ‘Traditional Sale’ between a regular independent seller and a buyer or a 'Short Sale' for a distressed or upside-down seller.
